Credit-Packages / Refund Credit
You will find any available Credit-Packages in our Navigation under Credit.
We currently do not offer any team-related or season packages.
Attention, the offsetting of credit is generally not provided. If the credit is no longer sufficient for a full booking, you can top up new credit.
Alternatively, you can have the remaining credit paid out, minus the extra credit granted from the last top-up. Contact us via Email to support@sprade.tv
Attention! Credit that comes from a voucher is generally excluded from payout!
